’ve been to quite a few group training gyms. This is by far the best functional training experience on the 167 corridor. The location is convenient, and the modern training area is alluring, but the coaching and style of training is designed for those who want to build muscle, lose fat, rev up metabolism, ALL WHILE TRAINING IN PROPER FORM. The owner is reinvesting lots of his revenue back into more value for us, such as more equipment, new tools, and an app! Highly recommend it here.

Best trainer, motivator, and ally ever! If you need a fun and effective way to get in shape, George has the fitness plan for you. Longest gym I’ve ever stayed with because I feel like I’m more than a customer here. The create fitness community is amazing and everyone I have met so far is so encouraging and supportive, regardless of your fitness level.

They have something for every body, every level. The workouts are hard, rewarding and if you have injuries like I do, George, Courtney and Elizabeth all work with you on modifications, so you are still working out, but not aggravating anything.
